Agreed. I have seen the abusive chats on the chess.com subreddit and its pretty bad ngl

Ur good, I see how it could be taken that way. I was just saying that as there are people that do that on this sight, make sure you are not their victim, if everyond does it, they get bored and leave the sight.

I certainly agree that it is a problem, and that those men should be banned, all I'm saying is that you can stop yourself from being their victim, so why not do it?

True, but I don't see the problem here. It seems like chess.com staff are handling the problems as best as they can, but if there is a problem, the mod and staff can handle it well if you report it or Dm one of the staff members about it

There is an issue, it is unrealistic to expect chess.com to find all of these men, and that would be bordering impossible, so if you are a woman concerned with this block game chat and messages to everyone except your friends.

There is an issue, which chess.com cannot be expected to solve, if your phone is broken is that an issue? Is it your cell phone operators fault?

sure, chess can’t eradicate all racism, all sexism, all -phobias/-isms, but we aren’t asking for that, we just are saying it’s an issue

Chess.com provides people with some means of communication and people decide how to use them: either to find new friends or troll people

And? Trolling is an issue, it is a personal issue, not a company issue, and thus people should solve it, not the company.
