You are playing 10 minutes per GAME, not per move. You run out of time that is why you lose.

You're in the 500s because you pay no attention to your clock (it's 10 minutes per game, not per move) and because you keep falling for checkmate in 4 moves. Purchasing a premium membership isn't going to help that.

I am a new player here.
I have noticed that after certain number of moves, if I am in an advantageous position, then why my move gets cancelled and the opponent wins automatically. Because of this i have very low points around 500.
I always play the 10 min per move games.
Is it that the opponent had hacked and won the games or is it that higher point opponent always have to win or is it the strategy to make us gold/diamond members by paying cash. I play cashless games
