Will racist people be banned if i report them?

This usually happens like this. about 2300 rating. The enemy comes across from india, indonesia, philippines. You check their profile, registration is weekly or less, all victories, accuracy from 97% -100%, or registration is old, but the rating has increased in the range from 1700-1800 to 2300-2400 per month! ROFL. Of course, these are cheaters, with players from other countries it is extremely rare. Apparently genetic abnormalities, otherwise how can this be explained?

1. It depends on whether the action is really racist or not. In this case it sounds like it but we dont know if thats the whole truth.
2. Depends how many previous offences said suspect has. the less previous offences, the lesser likelihood of a ban.
3. Just collect evidence of perceived abuse and report it. Don't make posts like this, its a wast of time and nothing can get done.

Not the nicest thing to say but it's a little bit vague on what they mean. If you were from Africa then it would be a lot more offensive but it depends on the context. Also, use zen mode when you play so you can focus on your chess. The chat can be distracting and then if you beat him, you can mock him back. That is better than reporting because you make them regret their decision to mock you rather than them getting another chance.
List of people to mock: Exchange French players, London players, Colle players, QGD Slav players, and anyone who plays an exchange variation (except QGD and Grunfeld). These people deserve it for very obvious reasons. This is supposed to help them play better openings

People today are quite awful. I am thankful I lived for a long time before the internet, and carry with me fond memories of helpful neighbors, high trust community, and a sense of belonging. I wouldn't want to be a young person starting out in today's hellscape world.
Things are going to get much, much worse.
