Would anyone be down to look at some of my past games and tell me what I can do better to improve

My English is not very good. Every move of your opponent thinking, what are threatening. Read the book logical chess, Irving chernev. Try to play the same style games, opening and defense. You can found with the time mistakes and you can understand some concepts of Chess

Probably the best thing you can do at your level is slow down. You have a whole ten minutes on your clock. Use them. It'll be a whole lot easier for you to see when your pieces are being attacked if you would simply take a moment to notice clear danger (and avoid walking right into it).
Let's see what you could have done better here, for example:
I missed a few things myself, but I believe the point was made.
From what I can see, your problem is that you fail to notice when your pieces are attacked. You're not entirely bad at noticing mistakes and threats — that is, until they are your mistakes and your opponent's threats. Overall, the main takeaway seems to be that you should get better at recognizing when your pieces are attacked (which goes hand in hand with taking in your time).
On a different note, if you're really serious about getting better, it's best to not play blitz or bullet. You can't improve if you don't know what you're doing. To know what you're doing, you need to think. To think, you need more time.
