2500 blitz to 2200 blitz
Your Worst Tilt
My worst is going down about 60 points, but it is bad enough. If I lose a game my instinct is to play another but sometimes I lose that too, and get a string of losses. It might be better to give it a rest for a day and try next day in a more rested state.

Back in the 1970s and '80s, when I used to regularly play in rated over-the-board tournaments, there was a period of four or five months when I started EVERY SINGLE tournament with two consecutive losses. This was really painful, because I was not THAT bad a player (I had already won the Atlantic Open in the early '70s, for example).

I had dropped about 125 in 3 minute blitz, but I recovered. When I start to tilt I keep saying, just one more, just one more, but I should really stop and play the bots until my mind resets.
i dont tilt more than 150 points, i usually stop playing and take a break then i regain all my rating
Sometimes the mentality that leads to tilts resembles that of gambling. Lost a turn of the wheel, try again, maybe your luck will be better next time...
My worst tilt immediately followed the first puzzles peak above 3000 last Christmas morn.
