How can black cash in his pawn advantage, despite a bad bishop against knight, with pawns all on the same side of the board?

A most instructive endgame! There are some technical refinements like 2. ..Kd4 as the only win with the bishop on h6. Black need not sac his pawn right away though. There is no full proof defensive plan for white.
