Could I have won this game? How do i use analysis to tell?

Was there any way i could have won this? I'm fairly new, I couldn't figure out the analysis tool. It showed several results for white M13, M14 etc etc. Does that mean if we both played our best move its mate in that many moves for white unless they make a mistake? I guess I should have played it out to the end in case they did.
