I think it's a draw. White shuffles Ke7-e8 until Black gets Kh8 Rg7 and Bg8. Then White plays Kf8 and Black HAS to cancel his threat of Bh7 and Rg8 (unless he wants to get mated). Then White just returns to the e-file until Black reaches that configuration again.

EDIT: If Black's King goes to h6 instead of h8 in that configuration, I guess we can still play Kf8 since Bh7 fxg7 wins for White.
