I hope some of you can solve these puzzles by forking or skewering as white.

Some of them don't even involve a fork or skewer.
#1 and #3 are trivial one move stuff.
#2 is irrrelevant- Black has several good moves, like 1...Kd4 2.Qh8+ Re5, and everything is well protected.
#4 is just a perpetual, white need not even pick material as he will have to return to the perpetual after a while.
And #5 is just a draw after 1.Nd8+ Kd6/d7.
