Funky position leads to drawn endgame?

I was analyzing this position with ClavierCavalier, and we ran across this crazy looking position. Black objectively should be a bit better since white is so tied down.

Is the final position just drawn?  I have analyzed this position a bunch and havent found anything decisive so I leave the question for you to answer.

Totally drawn endgame, it's like a position out of the "Drawn endgames" book.

Black and white both have to know the basics of playing endgames and they'll be OK. They actually don't even have to play accurately.

Yeah, i agree. Right now I am toying around with it, placing the king on f6-e6-d6 etc, trying to see what would make the hardest puzzle, where black would actually win.
