This is a proven win for White. Queen + 2P vs Queen is a win 99% of the time, the exception is that h-g pawns or a-b pawns don't win. You can check this out on a tablebase like this:

I don't know if this is the best way to post it. In Dreev vs. Radjapov, both rated about 2700, Dreev couldn't win with Q+2P versus Q. Is that a won endgame.
