It's a draw, you won't win the game. Advantages below +1 are commonly insufficient to win.
How do I win this endgame?
Well played by both sides a draw is highly likely. But white can't lose so can see if black can play well for a long time. Basically, white should (IMO) try to avoid pawn exchanges and try to either 1. exchange rooks or 2. activate the king to threaten mate and/or a black pawn. Both are easy to avoid for black so you try one, try the other, try something inbetween and hide your intent and switch to whichever seems more promising and then repeat until you get bored. Then when you give up on the above you try f3 and g4 [making drawing easier] and try the above yet again.
My suggestion:
Play the black side vs a computer at a level your rating +200. See what it does & how you lose. Then play white vs computer at your level -200 and you should be able to win by giving the computer chances to make the mistakes you made.

I got this position with white and it was my turn to move. Engine says I have 0.7 advantage, but I still haven't managed to win the game.
