white to move

are there some theories to analyze this pawn endings?

Well, your diagram doesn't say if it is black or white to move.

That makes a big difference.

The only "theory" that seems to apply to this ending is understanding the enormous value of an outside passed pawn. White can create an outside passer with h3 and g4. Black will have to abandon his pawns to deal with the passer and White wins Black's pawns. The rest is counting

Move your h pawn to h3 ,then push the g pawn to g4,the pwan will be protected by the other pwan and pawn takes and you take ,the king will come to kill the pawn, but the pawn in front of the king is unprotected because of the deflection, take the pawn, the black king takes, you take the pawn in front of your king then the pawn at the corner will be taken, push your remaining pawn, and it's draw or win

So, white's eventual plan is to make an outside passed pawn by h3, g4 , deflect black king to stop it, take the 2d pawns, then move to Q side to take the a pawn and queen the white a pawn. Back's only hope is to get his king back from taking the g pawn in time to either stop the a pawn or bottle up the white king on the a file.

In the present position black has no other strategy as if Kf5, h3 blocks any penetration f the black king.

K&p endings often reduce to counting moves. Here the counting is if black king can get back in time. Without counting, the further up the a file the white a pawn is, the less time black has to get back. If I had this without time to count moves I'd start by pushing the a pawn as far as I could before making a passed g pawn. Maybe it is not necessary, but t cannot hurt and may help.

just how I see it, Bill
