35.Rc5 is not good, giving up the pawn on f2 was not necessary. You should've gone Rb4-b2-c2 and carried on. In the game if black had played 36...Rc7 you'd have been the one struggling to get a draw.
Don't get carried away just because you have a passed pawn, it'll bite you in the butt.

Oh right... Thanks! I didn't even notice :/ i am only rated 800 after all... maybe this is why?
Don't worry too much, rook endgames are notoriously hard to play accurately. If you just blundered a pawn, that's one thing, don't do that. If you willingly gave it up because you thought you could get away with it, that's another thing, take notice and think why it doesn't work here.
