I've got a copy of Silman's Complete Endgame Course and would absolutely recommend it.

Any other suggestions?

Silman's Complete Endgame Course is the only chess book I've read, so I don't really have anything to compare it with. But it was very helpful and reading it improved my endgame a lot. I don't know of any other endgame books though.
