Read Silman’s Complete endgame course.

Play rapid games rather than blitz or bullet. It’ll give you more opportunity for longer games which means you’ll run into endgames frequently. Try not to trade pawns. Especially passed pawns, protect those with your life. Endgames are usually about racing to promotion. Play smartly. Manage time wisely. If you have any extra pieces, attack your opponent’s pawns. I can’t stress this enough, A PAWN IS MORE VALUABLE IN AN ENDGAME THAN ANY OTHER PIECE. Trade a rook for a pawn if it means you can get a promotion first. That’s all the real advice I can give
