Today was one of those days with a faulty Daily Puzzle. Though I shouldn't admit it, I really love errors in puzzles. They inspire me to find corrections and improvements. This time it resulted in a simple but nice endgame study presented below. I do not claim that the combination of ideas is original, only that it is a good solving challenge and educational as well.
