If White allows the exchange of Rooks with 35.Rxc5 Rxc5 36.dxc5, Black's King can enter the square of the c5 pawn by 36...Kf8. The White King could neither support the c5 pawn nor infiltrate the King Side, so Black would capture the pawn and have good winning prospects.

White should keep the Rooks and play 35. dxc5. The Rook on c2 support the pawn and could infiltrate the Queen side if Black'd choose to block the pawn with 35...Rc6. White could play 36.Ra2 aiming Ra8+ and Rb8 and target Black' s pawn on b4.

Very good.
