It was Black to move (after White's Kg4)
I was considering a4/b4/Kc3 and
(Spoiler Alert)
the answer was Kc3. Do you think Kc3 leads to clear win?
(ofc Stockfish says it's M23)
tbh I don't understand the difference btw the last positions of 1...Kc3 and 1...b4 line
