Is this endgame win-able for white?

I'm aware of the whole opposition thing, but does that only apply when the king is in front of the pawn?  I played this as white and got a draw.

EDIT:  It is BLACK TO MOVE.  For some reason ,it says both, haha.

Draw, tried to win this endgame many times but you can't.

In this position as black you simply stay in front of the pawn (one square is possible, two if neccesary), or if forced stay two squares in front of the white king.. since white can never prevent both of these you will end up with bKc8, wPc7, wKc6 black to move draw

Its interesting that there is no way u could win this position.

depends how good the person playing black is- if the king just runs to the corner of the board, its a clear win. Otherwise its a draw

There is no forced win for white so draw

Dead draw. To win, you need the white king to be able to reach b4, c4 or d4

This is a  clear cut draw. There is no way white can win.its only if a person is new  to the chess community.Always avoid such a position  in any game if possible.Though chess is unpredictable and such positions can arise from time to time.
