Black is simply losing. There is no way to hold the e-pawn, and Black doesn't have the fortress set up so he can't maintain that either
EDIT: I forgot that Black can move the king. Rethinking evaluation...

Most of all say that this is a draw
But Kasparov has another opinion ! he says that white wins .
He says that by stalemating the black king , black's pawns will fall .
well , what do you think ? any idea about this
I don't doubt that Kasparov's opinion is right, but I'm not sure how White goes about stalemating Black's king

This is the problem and you must solve it . Think then try , think then try , think then try and then you see that have solved it !
yes but white can win...
No, he can't. Sorry, if I have to choose between believing Kasparov or the Nalimov tablebase, I'll choose the tablebase everytime.
Put the position in here: http://www.k4it.de/index.php?topic=egtb&lang=en
and see for yourself
Well
I put variasion that Kasparov gave it .
but i should mention that kasparov said Khenkin found this variasion .
2... Ka5? does indeed lose (in 43). 2... Ka5? 3. Kd1! Rc3 (3... Kb6 4. Kb5 Ka6 5. Kc1 Rc3+ 6. Kd2 Re3 7. Qc5 Qb7 8. Qd6 Kc8 9. Qe7 e4 10. Qa7 Rd3 11. Kc2 Rc3 12. Kb2 Rc6 (12... Rd3 13. Qa8+) 13. Qxd4 wins.) 4. Qd5 Kb4 5. Qxe5 wins.
2... Ka3! can hold, but leads to the same line you gave above for a while. For example:
1. Ka4 (or 1. Ka3) 2. Qc4 Ka3! 3. Qb5 Ka2 4. Qb4 Ka1 5. Kc1 Rc3+ 6. Kd1
but then 6... Re3! draws. It is hard to prove why, but the tablebase says so.
It appears I made some typoes in a sideline. Here is the corrected version:
Of course, I don't know how to prove that the position after 6... Re3! is drawn. If you want to give some try lines I could show you the refutations but it would be easier for you to test it out yourself. In my opinion, the best site for the complete Nalimov 6 man tablebase online is http://www.shredderchess.com/online-chess/online-databases/endgame-database.html. I use it all the time.
When i posted this topic i thought that black easily get the draw with 1.... Re3 , sacrifice one pawn and make a fortress with other pawn and helping from king . but i see that i was wrong and black cant get draw with that ( you can try this ) . but has another drawing line ! thank you dears .
If everyone visit Kasparov anywhere please tell him to correcting this in his book !
I got what i was wanted of this topic and see that (( not Kasparov and not me but nalimov tablebase )) !
