Passed Pawns

In one of my online chess games, I reached an endgame where I was four pawns and a rook up with two pairs of connected passed pawns, but I had a little bit of a hard time pushing them. Here it is:

Now for the puzzle:

I would suggest trading the bishop off to start, then focus on the queenside passed pawns.

i thought you probably could have mated with your huge center and keeping the queens on

Maybe I could have. I took the long way though.

I fail to see the reason for this puzzle:)

You win anyway. Whatever you do. as long sa you don't lose the rook and pawns, you can even sacrifice one or even blunder away one and still be easily winning:)
