Never trade pawns in the middle game or at the beginning as they are very important in endgames.

Depends on the position and opening

That is logical nonsense. If trading pawns is bad for you, it is equally bad for your opponent as he is trading the same pawns. A trade can't be bad for both your endgames as the sum of your games scores will always be 1. It may increase the drawing chances (depending on ...) but that is not bad for any particular side either. Note that it is different for football where a draw can be disadvantageous to both sides as they lose a point in the sum of their game scores. But only if they are involved in a larger scale competition like a tournament!

if you trade pawns at the beginning or in middle and if you loose any of your vulnerable piece and your opponent has more pieces than you,it would be difficult to win in endgames.Sometimes draws like stalemate or by insufficient material can lead to losing of points.

Your defect is in logic not in chess. Whenever you trade, both sides trade and the advantages and disadvantages are the same - on average. You need to describe specific circumstances under which trading or not trading is better for one side than for the other. You didn't provide any in your first post.

Now you change your message to "vulnerable pieces" and one side having "more pieces". Obviously when you change the story then at some point it may seem you said something sensible in the first place. But of course you didn't.

if it gives me a better position I will trade or move them up to be sac'd if I can create a gambit for it.

It doesn't really matter, because if you are down material you will lose in the endgame due to pawn promotion.

I repeat that by symmetry argument the OP's original statement is meaningless. A pawn exchange for one side is also a pawn exchange for the other side and all the pluses and minuses for the one are also the pluses and minuses for the other - until you add conditions and circumstances which are not the same for both sides. Case closed.
