White to play and win, what's your move?

Kc2 . . .
Wrong, black will play bishop to h7, if you go to stop the pawn, black will bring his king forward to f8, stopping your pawns from promoting. If you then push e7, black will capture the f5 pawn with check, and the bishop can stop the pawns on bishop to d7. If you push f7, black's king will just simply move to g7, then f8 if necessary.
I would play 1. Kc3. The purpose is to capture the black pawn and thereafter use the king to help promote a pawn.
If black plays 1. - Bh7 white plays 2. e7 and wins.
If black plays 1. - a3 white plays 2. Kb3.
If black plays 1. - Kh7 white plays 2. Kb4.
So white will get the black pawn sooner or later. If black moves his king to g5 in a couple of moves white plays f7 when the black king arrives at g5. If black plays Bh7 white plays e7.

This puzzle is way harder than you think it is.
1. Kc3? a3 2. Kb3 Bh7 3. e7 (otherwise simply Bxf5) Bg8+ 4. Kxa3 Bf7 and draw.
