who has the advantage ?

this was one of my games where i won . however i feel the bishop is danger than knight in the end game.

White has the advantage in this position from a positional standpoint. However black has better mobility due to the closed nature of the game. Knights are better in closed games.

It's pretty even, It should end in a draw with reasonable play. White bishop is slightly more active than blacks knight, but black controls the d-file. Neither of theses imblances are enough to give either side a win.

Probably black's active rooks are the most important factor. For example 1.c4 Rb8 2.Rb1 RxR 3.RxR h6 4.Bh5 Rxf3 black wins material. White has better lines than this, but looks a struggle for him to draw.
