1000 elo rapid!

I finally made it to 1000 elo in rapid!(I know it’s pretty low by most people’s standards but for me it is a achievement I thought I would never get) I quit chess a little less than a year back and recently decided to come back to the game. When I had quit i was hard stuck at around 600 elo even after almost a year of playing, I then came back recently and played on that account for a little bit and was able to get it up to 900 elo. However due to some technical issues (me getting logged out of that account and not being able to get back in) I instead decided to make this new fresh account where I started at 800 elo and was able to able to get to 1000 in just the past few days! I’m really overjoyed. (Although I will definitely drop back below 1000) Im also really proud of the game that got me to 1000, I didn’t play perfectly, (I hung a center pawn at one point that my opponent didn’t see) but given how my opponent played pretty well, (at least from my standards) it was a mostly equal middle game and I maintained an advantage, (even when I hung a pawn it was only around + for my opponent) I am especially happy about my play given that I was basically playing the whole middle game with like 1 minute when my opponent had over 10 (I play mainly 15|10 but I still run really low on time) I can’t post the game on iPhone but if you go to my account the game is:

overall the reason I am posting this is because I want to see if any of you veteran players could give me feedback on my play, what I do well, and what I need to improve on, not just in that game but in all my games, I definitely struggle with time but I also end up in positions where I am not really sure what to do and get decision paralysis and waste all my time because I am afraid of making a bad move. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
