If you want to reach 1500 Elo (which is not the same as a Chess.com rating), you should play most of your games in slower time controls (nothing faster than rapid), so you have time to think. Bullet does not allow that.
Second, you should analyse every game you play. See for example "The Game Review Habit That Finally Stuck" on Matt Plays Chess (Substack).
Finally, you should have a study plan. See for example
