Yes. And it’s only lower rated players play these trick openings because they are easily countered. Also, if you win it doesn’t prove how good you are, just how bad your opponent is. It’s best just to learn to play real chess instead of trying the same tricks over and over again. You will never improve until you gain an understanding of chess principles.
