Hi guys, would it be asking too much for some of you to look at few of my games and tell me what to do to improve? I usually play 5 min. or 3/2 blitz games and I'm stuck at 900-1000 ELO. Tips would be very appreciated!

Hey there!

Your gakes were really good and you are a stronger player than the rating you have right now, here are a few things I noticed you can correct me if I am wrong.

You lose the winning or equal positions often, mainly because sometimes you want to exchange everything.

Sometimes you delay a castling by move  or two just to develop piece.

And you develop piece at wrong squares and lokes to develop queen early.

Some tips that I believe will work our for ya is seeing some squares that your pieces will actually be good in long run. If your opponent moves a piece see whole board, if he moves a knight see if a rook was behind it? Was it a discovery to your piece? You should analyse with engine use lichess if not premium member. To see why your move wasnt best.

I don’t analyse my own blitz games, because that’s what they are: blitz. I only analyse my rapid games for improvements.

I'm a chess coach and chess YouTuber.  Send me one of your games and I'll be happy to analyze it for free on my YouTube/Twitch chess channels.

Play rapid/daily... think about your moves more. Obvious way to improve.

If you want to improve, I would highly recommend playing rapid instead of blitz, probably 15|10. You need more time to think about your moves and learn from your mistakes, which is difficult to do in blitz games.
