A few remarks:
1. About terminology: the opening is not Ruy Lopez. The RL is specifically 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5. This game was a Vienna opening.
2. The move 7. - Bd4 is a pin. A skewer is different. Imagine a king (or queen) on c3 instead of the knight, then Bd4 is a skewer: the king needs to move and the a1 rook falls.
3. It was nice that you noticed the opponent's blunder (8. Nxd4), and took the hanging queen. A lot of low rated players would automatically take the knight instead, because that is the only piece that they see.
4. In the second half of the game, you made a billion queen moves, sending your queen deep into enemy territory alone. That is an excellent way to get your queen trapped. Instead, you should play with all your pieces. Your rooks are just sitting there doing nothing, so you should open some lines and activate those rooks.
All in all, your opponent played like an under-1000 player and you did not. Good job, keep it up!
So I started documenting and analyzing my games. Wanted some feedback on what else I should do for analysis and documenting my games.
Below is an example game. Im playing black.
Thanks in advance for feedback.

paws line and start gaining material. } 15. h3 h5 $2 { This move was an

at that point.} 0-1
