if you have reported that would have been noted by staff , they wont have found exact match for cheating so they would have left him for observation but as they get clear evidence they ban him/her

chess.com staff is effective but does not ban someone without evidence thats why some reports take time and sometimes no action is taken as no concrete evidences are found

Ak! How can i send evidences? İ trying to say chescom but they doesn't care what I say just saying if we didn't ban him that means he is not cheater. İt makes me mad

Maybe they are actually 2000+ but their rating is lower, or maybe it’s another person playing in the same account. They might not be cheating.

It's actually against chess.com's tos to have another person play on your account; that's a form of cheating too.

Answering the original forum thread question: it's good you reported them, but just because they aren't closed instantly, that doesn't mean chess.com hasn't taken notice. They may have been warned or muted or something; banning is not the only action they can take.

For future reference, please keep discussions of cheating out of the public forums; post it in this club for it instead: https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum

You should change your attitude because:

1) cheaters will always be here

2) you cant fight them all
