Just play longer time controls like I do, for example 10 minutes. Then analyse your game, and make lessons for yourself, and try not to repeat your mistakes. That's my method. Also you can search in YT for channel Chess Vibes, he is a National master, and helps to beginners, like you, to get better at chess, especially useful are the rating climbs, because he plays against players approximately at your level, so you can see key moments, and learn some strategies. He really helped me to understand this game, and not just make moves, but understand what is behind each move

The only area worth focusing is to avoid silly one-move blunders. Use your time and think. If you need more time (and you do), play longer games.

It's pointless to play games like this, especially that Qxa2 move is painful to watch.
