Accuracy is how well your moves compare to those of the top engine ones, accuracy per piece simply relates to accuracy but for the specific pieces.
So if you have 90% accuracy with a Knight, then 90% of your Knight moves are similar to that of the engines choices.

Pretty much just what the question asks. Under the new insight system there is an "Average accuracy per piece". Could someone explain what that means, and feel free to talk to me like a favored, but dumb animal.
