I have been playing for months but my rating goes highest to 780 and then gets low to 650. How can i improve my game, so that i can reach 800-900?

I watched your four random games. In all of them you developed your queen at 2nd or 3rd move. Attempt to put “fools mate” should be forgotten forever if you want to play normal chess.
