Best aggresive openings for a beginner?
... i am beginner at chess. … I use ... sicilian defense for black.I am looking for always aggresive playstyle.I am not sure is caro kann or sicilian good for me for black. ...
Conventional wisdom seems to be that one should start by using 1...e5 as a reaction to 1 e4. Maybe look at some of the games in First Steps: 1 e4 e5.

I suppose that it is possible that you might like the ideas in My First Chess Opening Repertoire for Black.

Perhaps, before looking at either of those books, you should start with:
"... For beginning players, [Discovering Chess Openings] will offer an opportunity to start out on the right foot and really get a feel for what is happening on the board. ..." - FM Carsten Hansen (2006)

… I am studying openings.I use italian game-mainline,center … I am ok with italian game right now but if i want to upgrade my skills which openings are good for me ? thanks..(and advices accepted!)
Again, it might be a good idea to start with Discovering Chess Openings (by GM John Emms).

More about the Italian can be found in My First Chess Opening Repertoire for White.

You might want to experiment with some of the alternatives mentioned in First Steps: 1 e4 e5.

But, as I am sure many will tell you, you do not want to spend too much of your study time on openings. There is a lot of other stuff to work on.

As a Beginner focus on Tactics. Just play something Simple that gets you to the Middlegame Reliably. Italian, Open Sicilians, KG, etc. Don't study Openings in depth until about 1500, And when you do start, focus on the ideas and middlegame plans as well as the endings rather than Rote memorization.
"... for those that want to be as good as they can be, they'll have to work hard.
Play opponents who are better than you … . Learn basic endgames. Create a simple opening repertoire (understanding the moves are far more important than memorizing them). Study tactics. And pick up tons of patterns. That’s the drumbeat of success. ..." - IM Jeremy Silman (December 27, 2018)
