Do a combination of the following:
- Play games (especially longer format).
- Do puzzles.
- Do lessons.
- Have fun.

To get good at chess, it's an endless cycle of practicing chess with the right mindset (here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfG6xQvx_38) and analyzing your chess games and fixing your mistakes for the future (here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfG6xQvx_38).
Don't expect fast results. The more you rush, the more you will get frustrated and want to quit!
