Cannot play with bot.

I can't seem to play with the computer. I can't move nor does the bot move.
Is this a bug or do I need some requirements?
Do you have a picture of the problem, that might help to fix it. Maybe a problem with your browser?
This is the screenshot. Even if I tap any of my pieces it doesn't react in any way. I don't think it's a problem within my browser since I use the app.
Nevermind. I tried the browser version of chess.com and it worked. I wonder why it doesn't work on the app for me?
