how to get to 200? 200 seems so hard

uh...  you're a 200 level blitz chess player.  I'm 2100-2400 level.

Taken together, my two comments are quite reasonable & thought provoking.  

yeah just quit chess if it's too frustrating

I actually advise quitting chess temporarily and resetting rather than banging your head against a wall over a rating... especially 1100 which is meaningless

If I quit chess then I will go even lower

I recommend you ignore the toxic people that reside here in the forums and just study tactics and play more games at longer time controls, so you get in the habit of thinking longer before moving.

try some blindfold chess or do puzzles without putting them on the board. Do the calculation only in the mind
