Thank you, it's good to be back. But I have been doing serious reading and studying. I'm going to get back into solving puzzles, playing against the computer, and analyzing games here on chess.com before I get into some serious playing. I plan to do a marathon play streak, kinda like Tyler1 does, just to rack up some experience as quick as possible.
One of my goals is to surpass Tyler1's score and he's really invest time and I'm pretty far behind. So I think it's a great goal. Maybe I can get a match with him! doubtful, but well see.
Yes, I have history here at chess.com, but that's exactly what it is "history." I have progressed sense that post 8 months ago and playing locally "usually for money in clubs, parks, cafes, etc" and having plenty of fun doing so.
I have a Chess playlist on my YouTube channel, along with a Discord server, and hopefully we can keep this only for beginners to learn and progress as a group with everyone helping each other. Don't really know why an intermediate or advanced player would want to join "unless they were serious about helping beginners out and putting up with our beginner questions but most importantly talking to us "as beginners" and not assuming that we know all the terms, notations, etc.
I just posted my second video on my channel, for chess, and this one is just a basically into into just one topic, and issue, that beginners have when first jumping in learning chess and that is truthful information being offered and not just for some YouTube channel putting up videos as marketing vehicles for there chess courses when they are not even rated, have no other chess information posted about them other than their YouTube channel. That's kinda of sketchy in my own personal opinion. You all are entitled to your opinions and that's fine. Again something we all can talk about in our own little world were we can relate.
Anyway, I'll see you all on the forums, on the boards, etc and lets dive into furthering our chess knowledge.
