The evidence doesn't support ur point op. The data shows this: white scores about 55%. That's not overwhelming. So 5% x about 8 rating points per percentage point = 40 rating points. So the difference is 40 not 200. It's almost insignificant. Also, half of everyone's games will be as each color so it's completely irrelevant anyway.

In rated face to face tournaments I have beaten masters (USCF 2200+) exactly 7 times. I was Black in 6 of those 7 games. (Didn't realize until just now! That's pretty surprising.)

Reading and writing is racist since the paper is White and just lays around taking it easy while the Black letters have to do all the work.
