In the video, the OP incorrectly refers to this as a "Minority" Attack by Black.  In fact, it is a "Majority" Attack since Black has more pawns on the Queen-side (3) than White does (2).  So, technically, Black is not executing a "Minority" attack.  Otherwise this is an excellent video, demonstrating the concept of how to create a weakness for the purpose of exploiting/attacking it.
