More or less very basic games (less than 30 moves let’s say for laments terms)
That covers essentially basic chess fundamentals it’s not so much over paragraphing notations (which can be a page long and the diagram tiny which is silly) it’s about dos and don’t.
Could be as simple as 30 games and each book on a particular opening or principle etc. It’s just there
Then each game has optionality (actually show it not just write it) of very basic lines for options no longer than say 4 moves deep. That’s all
It’s a lot of ego stroking when I read through some stuff. It doesn’t make for good reading in fact the writer makes a ton of assumptions about the reader generally speaking
Just basic where to put the knights/bishops as I believe both pieces win the most games holistically.
Which point in time is threatening/non threatening
I dunno I still stick too what is out there makes chess harder than what it has to be
