Computer says no. Why is promoting to Queen an inaccuracy?

I just started playing a few months ago and the computer analysis has at times confused me, but this one takes the cake. What am I missing here?

And an also from -7.70 to -9.95? Seems like a pretty impressive rook. I call him, Super Rook.

If you go to analysis of the game, and put it at move 26 it recommends the move you played, promoting to a rook is not better in this position. Evaluation says -33.3 for black if you play the move you played, and only -3.93 for black if you promote to a rook. This particular one is an error.

This is probably worth a bug report. There is an explanation, of course, but it is still ridiculous. If everyone starts reporting these, maybe the developers will notice.
