Computer won't move

Hello I had a weird bug this morning when playing against a computer here is the game : 

I am playing black there. The computer did not move after my last move nf3, I did not have any end of game popup or anything, I had to resign to analyse the game, is it a bug or something ?

I am playing on the android app and computer was lvl 13 I think if this could help

Also feel free to give me any advice about this game, I am pretty new to chess (been playing casually for à few month) and I think I was losing here anyway

Having the same issue on several games on the past couple of days

I'm afraid this happens from time to time and the only way out is to resign the game. Somewhat irritating if you are doing well

That is easy: You had a three-time repetition of the moves. That is always a draw. Not good, that the engine does not inform you. But that is a common way to draw games.

@archaja, actually I disagree. The rule is three repetitions of position with the same player to move and this did not happen in Agl946's game. There were two repetitions of position after black moved in 35 and 37. In any case, if it was a draw the game over notice should appear.

What I notice is that on both Android and in a browser on a PC, sometimes the computer side just does not move. It has probably happened to me 3 or 4 times in the last month. The reason I found this post, is because it happened to me today after castling on the 15th move, so definitely no draw.

Anyway, not to worry, it is obviously an infrequent glitch on an otherwise excellent website.

Same, It happens to me. I even pay for the damn thing and the computer still freezes.

Yeah my bots aren't moving for some weird reason and they haven't fixed no matter what I do.
