Hey, great question! I totally get playing daily for that extra calculation time – it's super smart for beginners. Once you're done, though, don't forget to use some good Chess Analysis tools to really see where you can improve!
Daily, Rapid, Bullet or Blitz?
I mean obviously rapid, being able to think, but still having to watch the clock, ill say 15/10 is the way to go
Beginners will learn the most when they have the most time to think. This makes daily games the most instructive.
beginners should also analyze their games afterward. The goal is to identify basic chess concepts that they can apply in future games.
perhaps the worst thing beginners can do is to grind bullet and blitz. Some players think that the more games a beginner plays, the more they will learn. Wrong! Learning requires time to think, understand, and then apply concepts. Grinding bullet or blitz does not allow this. Most of the time a beginner spends grinding fast games is wasted.
Daily.
There is no other way for you to improve.

I think what Coach Dane said is about right, never use the "self-analysis" feature, then daily is fine, rapid is still better though
30 min rapid is very good, and 15|10 is second
