Dealing with transpositions in repertorie drills

Hi,

I'm using Fritz 17 for my repertoire drills. I have a technical problem which I don't know how to solve. I working on black response to 1. e4 based on c5. Then white can respond in a couple of different ways which create a tree in my move list. Some branches of the said tree arrive at the same position reached from a different move order. Is it possible to extend the repertoire based on the position and not on the moves to get to the given position? Currently, to my understanding, if I have the same position in a few branches I need to duplicate my extended move list to all the branches that have the same position, which is not optimal thing to do.

How to extend this kind of repertoire in the most efficient way?
