Hmm. On streaming broadcasts? It seems to me that sometimes they have subtitles and sometimes they don't.
Do they not have Chess.com subs?

Not audio impaired but in a library Chess is deaf friendly so I dont see why I can't have "got dang subtitles in America" *spits out saliva fused with tobacco juice "last time I checked we have subtitles in America....my granddaddy did not fight in the 50s for this kinda *cough excuse me..Coughs for 90 seconds strait as you pump fake your hand from your social anxiety unsure of whether or not you would be crossing any personal boundaries by doing so.
