does 10 min rapid have an increment?

I’ve had a couple games where I came to an end game with a meaningful time advantage, but I noticed a weird thing when my opponent (had under a minute) seemed to be getting back less than one second per move (ie in increase in time behind the “.”).

Is this a glitch in the time display, or does the regular “10 min” rapid time control include a tiny increment?

At the same time there is obligatory 0,1 second per move decrease - even if you do pre-moves.

I think a 10+5 option would be a nice addition. I occasionally lose on time with 10+0

10+5 gives no chances to forfeit time, indeed.
