A fork is a form of Cutlery, It usually features a four pointy "spike like" structure, It is designed to be poked into the food, After doing so, You pick up the fork with the food and bite the food.

A fork is notably different from a spoon, as a spoon is designed to be Used on foods that are liquid or small that they cannot be poked by a fork.

And a knife has a totally different purpose. Unless you can balance food on the knife.

It's when a chess piece attacks two things at the same time, so that usually one moves and then you win material by taking the other.
