what rating is it good for

It's good for beginner to intermediate players. I'd say class C and lower. Would be great to have you in the class!

Please make another, slightly harder course, because I loved the structure and, of course, the pug...

Yeah, it's not for everyone, but even intermediate players often find useful lessons there, like draws or how to capture en passant... That said, perhaps you already know all these things!
